Our chef, Sami Xhecuka, was born on June 18, 1982 and grew up in Albania.
Then he settled in Greece and specifically in Thessaloniki, starting his studies in the culinary arts.
Having worked in several restaurants in Thessaloniki and in some of the top hotel units in Halkidiki, he starts in 2017 his collaboration with the restaurant “Menu με…νου”. His aim is to develop our restaurant into one of the best in town.
With great passion and zeal about his work for self-improvment and development of dishes, he creates them have as a starting point the respect of the customer while he expects to dazzle every customer with his amazing dish presentation at first and then with their delicious taste.
